You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team at cancellation@piouscloset.com or by calling us at +91 9966505065.
If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window and before the item has been shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to follow our Refund and Return Policy upon delivery.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if you are not happy with your product for any reason, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Item: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Product Not as Described: If the product significantly differs from its description on our website.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
Send an email to refund@piouscloset.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”.
In the email, include your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the item. Please ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will be the full value of the product, including any taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original condition.
Items returned without all original packaging and tags.
Items purchased during a sale or with a special discount.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, perfumes and certain accessories may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged upon arrival.
